Location: Split
Our team in Split is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager.
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the implementation of the contracted project
Job description
- Creation of workshop schemes and drawings
- Finding technical solutions related to specific installation details of fire doors and partitions
- Measurement of building openings on-site
- Coordination with the investor, main contractor, designer, supervising engineer
- Preparation of workshop schemes for production
- Coordination with internal departments: sales, procurement, launch, production, installation
- Management of construction projects: creation – construction book, construction diary, monthly situation
- Monitoring the financial plan of projects
- Creation of certification documentation and documentation for handover of the facility
Required qualifications and competencies
REQUIRED
- ACAD, MS Office, MS Outlook
- Knowledge of English language
- Driver's license 'B' category
- WORK EXPERIENCE: minimum 3 years in similar jobs (operational with construction site) or beginner who possesses the above-mentioned required skills.
ADVANTAGE
- Mechanical engineering degree; civil engineering degree, passed professional exam for participant in construction.
MINIMUM EDUCATION
- Civil technician; mechanical technician.
