Solution Decathlon has peace of mind thanks to a service agrreement with ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, who supplied the majority of its door opening solutions. Under the agreement, in the event of a breakdown, a specialized ASSA ABLOY service technician is on hand to get the door back up and running and keep business moving. This is particulary helpful in the case of automatic doors, where Decathlon's maintenenace manager doesn't have the specialist skills required to carry out repairs. The agreement means that there's no need for the maintenance manager to know the state of every door, how it works, or how to fix it.
