Five star hotel chose VingCard for its security and efficiency


With the installation of VingCard’s Signature RFID contactless electronic door locks at the Grand Millennium Sukhumvit in Thailand, the hotel is fully equipped to provide user-friendly and intuitive guest interaction, including NFC cell phone compatibility.

The RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) locks allow for contactless guest room entry at the luxurious five-star hotel located in Bangkok – Thailand’s commercial center – and are compatible with next-generation NFC (Near Field Communication) cell phones, making the hotel ready to be compatible with remote check-in and line by-pass.

The solution also provides the hotel with unmatched control and security – with a 600 event audit trail and innovative anti-cloning software – creating a sense of ease for hoteliers according to Vegard Prytz, vice president of ASSA ABLOY Hospitality Asia-Pacific.
