ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Australia operations will close for the holidays from Friday, 22nd December 2023 returning Monday, 8th of January, 2024.
Our Melbourne distribution centre will continue to operate, along with our Customer Service team who will be available during this period, with the exception of Public Holidays. For all your enquiries please contact Customer service on 1300 LOCK UP.
Key Cut-off dates:
All Coding/Keying orders required for dispatch prior to Christmas must be received in Production by the following dates:

| Abloy & Commercial Keying Orders | Cut off Date |
| Small Orders (less than 200 cylinders) | Friday 1st December 2023 |
| Large Orders (Between 200 and 500 Cylinders) | Thursday 23rd November 2023 |
| Orders above 500 cylinders | By request |
| Non-Keyed Orders | Cut off Date |
| Non stocked products | Friday 1st December 2023 |
| Orders for stocked items for delivery prior to Christmas | Friday 8th December 2023 |
