VingCard secures China World Summit Wing
VingCard, the global leader in hospitality security and part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, has completed installation of its VISION system, a flexible hotel locking system, and Signature electronic door locks at the new China World Summit Wing hotel.
Located in the China World Tower, the third phase of China’s World Trade Centre complex near the Beijing Capital International Airport, the 278-room China World Summit Wing hotel is in the center of the city’s business district.
This third phase of the World Trade Centre complex was designed with the most advanced technology and modern luxurious amenities for every visitor in mind, making the cutting-edge VISION by VingCard a natural choice. VISION is a cost-effective access-control solution for every door on the property. Unlike traditional systems, VISION by VingCard uses intuitive touch screen technology and menu-driven software for user-friendly operation. The system can be easily integrated with a property’s existing property management system or any Windows-based workstation, and implements plug-and-play connectivity for quick and easy installation. By opting for VISION, China World Summit Wing maintains the highest standard of productivity while protecting its guests.
The VISION system ensures total control of the property, thanks to features such as Windows Pocket PC LockLink, which lets staff view the most recent 100 locking events directly from the guestroom door. The system can be easily updated with the latest software, providing hoteliers with the confidence they need from a top-notch security system.
To complement the VISION system, China World Summit Wing has also implemented the electronic lock Signature by VingCard. Featuring a 600-event audit trail, reprogrammable FLASH RAM lock memory and both magnetic strip and combo reader options, Signature by VingCard was designed to meet the needs of the most sophisticated hotels around the world. Like the VISION system, Signature by VingCard also features upgradeable technology and flexible configurations, including an optional mechanical override cylinder and a special high-resistant polymer battery cover, maximizing convenience for hoteliers and providing user-friendly guest interaction.
