Thanks to development method Scrum, ASSA ABLOY has gotten their development projects in order.
Daniel Berg, Head of development at Software Platforms ASSA ABLOY, says Scrum means a more stabile working tempo. This means less overtime and more exact deadlines. The key success is a priority list called product backlog, which coordinates the functions of the future systems. Daniel Berg also says the system is evaluated continuously by outside Scrum experts.
