The total percentage of female employees within ASSA ABLOY is 39. The proportion is lower for managerial positions. It is ASSA ABLOY’s goal to over time, achieve a better gender balance for managerial roles. Activities and actions, some of which are part of the sustainability program 2007–2010, are taking place with this goal in sight.
