News! Trial at Clarion Hotel in Stockholm, Sweden is finalized
The world’s first pilot using NFC-enabled mobile phones to check in and out of hotel rooms, replacing room keys, is now completed. A survey shows that all guests in the trial appreciated not having to wait in line at the hotel reception. Almost all stated that they would use the mobile key solution if it were available today.

The smart solutions of ASSA ABLOY Mobile Keys
Security managers can now manage credentials from a central access control system and easily issue mobile keys to mobile phones with NFC technology. The credentials are stored in a tamper resistant memory space in the phone, called a secure element. Credentials can be revoked if the phone is lost or stolen, and new keys can then be re-issued to a temporary phone.
The ASSA ABLOY Mobile Keys Platform ensures end-to-end security and is applicable for access control and key control in residential, commercial and hotel applications.
