We are looking for a Service Manager to grow our service business. In the existing setup you will have 25 direct reports the breakdown as follows; 3 service coordinators, 2 service leaders, 18 service technicians and 2 service sales executive.
Business areas include mainly UAE and export countries (Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, India, and Oman).
You should be able to maintain and develop excellent relationships with all service customers, with special focus on key customers. You are responsible for the day to day running of service operations, inventory control and Pricing related to service works. We expect you to improve your hit rates on quotes as well as improve technician’s efficiency through training.
As a Service Manager you will also be responsible to increase our contract base, undertake refurbishment jobs, participate and handle tender enquiries, replacement products and solution selling.

You have a Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical and minimum 3 years of working experience in a Middle East country is a must, preferable from same service industry background otherwise preference will be given from the automotive or elevator industry. We would like someone who has worked in a similar position with exposure to a multinational and multicultural environment. You are fluent in written and spoken English and other languages (Hindi, Arabic) will be considered as an extra asset, but are not a prerequisite.
